Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Elevation Group AI LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Elevation Group"), and the party signing below ("Recipient"), together referred to as the "Parties." Before we engage in confidential discussions regarding your business operations, AI automation opportunities, proprietary processes, or any other sensitive information, both parties agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Key Terms at a Glance
- •Mutual protection: Both parties' confidential information is protected equally under this Agreement.
- •Scope: Covers business operations, AI workflow designs, prompt libraries, integration credentials, client data, financial information, and proprietary processes shared during evaluation.
- •Purpose: Confidential information may only be used to evaluate or conduct a potential or active business relationship between the Parties.
- •Duration: Confidentiality obligations remain in force for five (5) years from the date of each disclosure.
- •Governing law: State of Texas. Dallas County jurisdiction.
- •No disclosure to third parties without prior written consent of the disclosing party.
